Description
We are looking for team members to join our client's team as a direct employee in the Property and Asset Management space. Our client is a specialist in property and asset management recruiting and is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, property maintenance, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management and a passion for delivering high-quality service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the growth and development of our properties while fostering positive relationships with our tenants and stakeholders. You will be the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and operate smoothly. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and standards.
Oversee tenant relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained and safe.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship.
Prepare and manage property budgets, monitoring expenses and revenue to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Conduct lease negotiations, renewals, and enforcement of lease agreements in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
Keep accurate records of property management activities, including financial reports, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of property management regulations, laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
