100% remote working, we will provide with all required tools to work from home. We are recruiting commission only New Client Acquisition Interns with a potential to earn over £5k per month.

Job Spec:
We are currently seeking super-organised, bright, positive and pro active Sales / Business Development professional to join our sales team. As a Sales / Business Development professional its your job to acquire new clients, develop long-lasting relationships with clients (both employers and recruitment agencies) that are built on respect, trust, and performance.

Your core responsibilities will include:

1.Identify and acquire new clients in all sectors who are hiring through a recruitment agency. 70% of your job involves calling new clients and signing them up on our platform using the leads on our CRM systems, Linkedin and Sales Navigator. You need to be very strong on phone and have great convincing skills.

2.Your commission will be based on the number of clients you onboard and the value of jobs added and the business you bring to the Company. Commission will be paid upon receipt of payments from your clients and on successful completion of rebate period.

3.Your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

•Research on clients hiring through recruitment agencies
•Cold calling
•Sales strategies
•New BD initiatives
•Explaining our recruitment marketplace solutions to employers
•Client meetings
•Detailing our terms of Business and Service with Employers
•Helping clients create their company profile and guide post their jobs (only for the 1st few jobs) - The account will then be monitored on a weekly basis as our AI mechanism does the rest of the job like account management etc
•Online demo of the product to employers
•Engaging with HR Forum events - Create brand image and market positioning
•Client proposals, followups, CRM
•Ensuring client satisfaction, collecting client testimonials and working alongside the Recruitment Agency team and Account Managers.
•Updating Corporates tracker and daily reporting
•Confidentiality at all times
•Weekly Sales review on Friday
